No. Joining is free. We take a sourcing fee from the buyer side, not from partners. You quote the buyer your factory price — we add our fee separately and transparently.
Yes. We're not exclusive. Many of our partners use us as a secondary channel — they keep their direct relationships and take RFQs from us when capacity allows. You're free to accept or pass on any project.
By fit, not rotation. We match each RFQ to the partner whose capability, steel grade, capacity, and timeline best fit the project. Partners with stronger track records (on-time delivery, low defect rates, clean reports) get priority on bigger projects.
Not a problem. We handle all buyer communication. You receive briefs in Vietnamese, send quotes/updates in Vietnamese, and we translate. The only requirement is willingness to receive emails — even in Vietnamese — and respond within 24h.
Pre-engagement: no. We keep partner identity confidential during initial inquiry to protect both sides. Once the buyer commits to a project and signs NDAs, we disclose the shop. Some buyers want to visit — we coordinate.
For first-time buyer engagements, we use escrow or staged LC payments. Tooling typically: 30% on PO, 30% on T0, 40% on shipment. We hold buyer funds in escrow at milestone gates so you're never building on credit.
